737 Bourke Street is located on Batman's Hill in Melbourne's vibrant Docklands precinct, with immediate access to shops, parking, parkland, transport, the CBD and water frontages.

Equiset owned, developed and constructed the $100 million, 12-level building at 737 Bourke Street, which includes outstanding office, commercial and retail facilities. 737 Bourke Street provides a total floor space of approximately 18,500m2, including 17,000m2 of office space. The two-level podium car park has more than 220 car spaces and the Bourke Street foyer accommodates cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.

The elegant and clever design meets the challenges of workplace diversity and environmentally sustainable design. 737 Bourke St achieved a 4-star Green Star design rating and 4-star NABER's rating with key features including water efficient fittings and fixtures, solar hot water contribution, CO2 monitoring, high-frequency electronic ballasts in light fittings and pipe infrastructure for blackwater systems.

The office environment promotes teamwork, communication and collaboration. 737 Bourke Street is now the corporate headquarters for National Foods, one of Australia's largest food companies. The development enabled National Foods to consolidate their head office functions into one location, drawing together more than 700 employees.
