SECV Building

"We believe 15 William Street's distinctive and contemporary nature will most certainly endure the test of time."

Graham Nicholas, Peddle Thorp Architects

Originally constructed in the early 1990s to house the State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV), the international-style building at 15 William Street Melbourne today offers high quality commercial facilities over 21 floors. The complex also includes 300 car spaces, seven retail stores, and an impressive lobby.

15 William Street sits at 84 metres high within the city's financial precinct and close to the Yarra River, Southbank and the Rialto towers. The tower is occupied by major corporates, including Aegis Services Australia, Leighton Property and a number of major insurance and superannuation providers.
